We know what makes renovations go wrong — poor communication, vague quotes, and contractors who don't plan ahead. So we've built our process specifically to eliminate those problems. You always know what's happening, what it costs, and when it will be done.
THE 4 STEPS
From First Call to Final Handover
Step 1 - Free Consultation
A 20–30 minute visit to your property or premises, at no cost and no commitment.
We assess the space, listen to what you need, and give you an honest picture of scope, timeline, and budget. Residential or commercial, you leave the conversation knowing exactly where you stand.
Step 2 - Transparent Quote
You'll receive a detailed written quote within 72 hours. Labour, materials, timeline, warranty — all itemised. No vague line items, no "to be confirmed" costs.
What we quote is what you pay. Any changes you request after approval are quoted separately before we proceed.
Step 3- Planning and Scheduling
Once the quote is approved, we build a full project plan 1–2 weeks before work starts — trade scheduling, material procurement, and for commercial projects, a phased work schedule to keep your business running.
One point of contact throughout. We coordinate all trades so you don't have to.
Step 4- Execution & Handover
We show up when scheduled, keep the site clean, and send regular progress updates. If anything unexpected comes up, you hear from us immediately — with solutions, not excuses.
At the end, we do a full walkthrough together. The job isn't done until you're satisfied. All work carries a 2-year warranty.
